Hi, I’m Justin.

Event planning isn’t just my profession — it’s something I genuinely love. I thrive on bringing structure to complexity and turning ideas into seamless, meaningful experiences, whether it’s a nonprofit fundraiser, corporate event, or golf tournament.

Justin Blankennagel

JTB Events was founded by my aunt, Jan Blankennagel, and I had the privilege of working alongside her on galas and golf tournaments. That’s where my passion for nonprofit events and community impact began. In 2024, when Jan retired, I proudly took over the business — continuing the legacy she built while bringing my own strategic leadership and structure to the company.

 

My background in customer service, banking, and finance shapes how I approach every event. I understand budgets, financial accountability, risk management, and the importance of clear communication. I stay calm under pressure and work closely with boards, committees, sponsors, and vendors to keep everything aligned.

 

My philosophy is simple: great events are built on strong partnerships, thoughtful planning, and attention to detail. My goal is to make the planning process organized, transparent, and manageable — while helping you create real impact.
